Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP) is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our teams at our Concord clinic located at 1036 Branchview Drive NE, Suite 205 and our Salisbury clinic at 1508 W Innes St. We're dedicated to improving lives through expert therapy care, fostering collaboration and growth. We seek an experienced, motivated team player who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care alongside our close-knit team. The salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 a year along with collaboration bonuses as well as professional development and mentorship programs.  Our benefits package includes:

Hi, I am Dr Delaine Fowler, owner of Accelerate Therapy and Performance.

After graduating PT school... I worked with a company that allowed me to travel around to different clinics to see how they all operated. I worked in a couple different settings on the side as well including home health and in a nursing home. In that time, I realized there was a huge difference in what patients experienced as “PT care”.

Total Number Of Visits...

I remember the nights coming home late, and being so frustrated.

I kept asking myself…Why is the patient not in the center of all of this?

Don't get me wrong I learned a ton, but I wanted to "Be Different"

So, I quit my corporate job and started my own private PT practice where I treated patients 1-to-1 vs 1-to-many.

A couple of patients started to trickle in...

Then a couple of patients started to get better...QUICKER.

The interesting part was...

I was performing the same therapy techniques...

I was performing the same exercises...

But patients were getting better... quicker... like 3-5x quicker.

It was because the amount of ATTENTION I was able to give each patient changed drastically.

Over the past couple of years we have been able to help 1000s of local residents!

The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on are not volume, the number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates.
