3 Days per week on-site Industrial Sector-manufacturing client
2 Days per week Traditional outpatient setting
What This Role Looks Like:
Industrial Sector
- Perform ergonomic assessments
- Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and primary musculoskeletal conditions
- Act as musculoskeletal provider
- Implementing injury prevention strategies
- Functional primary care when appropriate
- Collaborate with safety officers and management team to enhance safety and wellness of all employees
- Primary clientele are employees but occasionally include medical plan dependents

What This Role Looks Like
We’re hiring a PT to serve patients across our Salisbury clinic and Mocksville On-site Industrial location. You'll treat a mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and industrial clients with autonomy, mentorship, and support. Our EMR is streamlined through AI technology so you can focus on getting patients results.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina
- Excellent communicator and collaborative teammate
- Comfortable rotating between Salisbury and Concord clinics
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and injury prevention
- Bonus if you have interest in industrial PT, CrossFit, or performance rehab
- Eager to grow, give back, and build a meaningful career
